Who I am

I'm Chanikul, an AI consultant based in Plymouth, Devon, UK. I help owner-operated businesses (typically 10–100 staff, £1m–£50m revenue) find the AI savings that actually move the needle — quantified in pounds, not just promises. Strategy, audits, implementation, and advisory.

Background

Marketing bachelor's in Bangkok, Master's in Digital Effects at Bournemouth, then 20 years in London's creative industry — VFX, 3D, motion graphics, advertising. Two years ago I went deep into AI: not reading about it, actually building real software with it. That mix — marketing brain, creative communication, modern AI build ability — is rare in a single person and is exactly what most non-technical SMB owners need.

What I do

I run two parallel tracks. Consulting for businesses who want AI to actually deliver ROI. And building products — including TRT Platform, a multi-tenant clinical SaaS for UK men's-health clinics. Shipping real software keeps me honest about what AI can and can't do for your business.

• Free 30-minute discovery call — no pitch, just a conversation to see if we're a fit.
• Paid AI Opportunity Audit (£5k–£15k) — 1–2 weeks of interviews and workflow mapping, ending in a prioritised AI roadmap with the ROI quantified in pounds. Yours to keep, even if you take it elsewhere.
• Implementation (optional) — I build the solutions directly, or partner with specialist white-label implementers for larger or more specialised builds.
• Advisory retainer (optional) — ongoing AI advisor to keep you ahead as the technology evolves.

No contracts, no lock-in. You keep everything I build for you.
